Technical Blog

This blog is intended to be utilized by our Pop Imaging PA group and the larger imaging community as a whole so please feel free to share it with your colleagues. Each of the following entries will archive a summary of our meetings where we discuss both scientific considerations and critiques of our member’s work in progress as well as a technical discussion chosen by the presenter. The technical discussion will be the focus of this blog and may be of particular utility to those in our field due to the many complexities of multiphoton excitation, laser scanning acquisition, calcium indicators, management of large data sets, and many others.
